There used to be a time that mothers wouldnt let their sons play football because it was too dangerous and their little angels could get hurt. Well in 2010 the way the sport has gone out of its way to protect its offensive players the game is no more violent then basketball. Hard Contact, Thats a Foul. Im talking about the NFL. It used to be a Macho thing to say "I played Football" now, so what? The league has gone to far, and this NFL is nothing like the one I grew up watching. To me thats a shame. How long till college football starts?

I'm not sure who is to blame for the proposed Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight being scrapped, but I know who who will suffer. Me, You, and more importantly the Sport. This was a $200,000,000 PPV fight waiting to happen. Manny and Floyd will fight other guys and Make millions of dollars but both had a chance to do somthing boxing and its fans would enjoy, Put it back in the Spotlight. WEC champions Mike Brown and Brian Bowles now have been joined by Tavoris Cloud on friday night as the latest member of The Sports Fix World Champion Club.
